SpringTech CEO is a team-based business simulation where participants step into the role of executives running a technology company. Over multiple rounds, teams make strategic decisions across:

How It Works
A structured experience that takes participants from orientation to competition in four simple steps.
Form Teams
Divide participants into competing teams of 3–5 players. Each team becomes the executive board of their own company.
Make Decisions
Each round, teams set production volumes, pricing, supplier contracts, and sales strategy — under time pressure.
See the Impact
After each round, the simulation calculates financial results. Watch revenue, costs, and market share shift in real time.
